What are your hours?
The building is open on Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
Can I see a counselor in the evening or on the weekend?
Certain counselors are available in the evenings on a limited basis. We do not offer any weekend hours.
Can you find me a job?
No, but we can help provide you with related resources, such as:
- Free career skills workshops
- The Gateway to Careers website
- A list of job opportunities at JF&CS
- A list of job openings in the community
Can you help me find a roommate / do you still have Housemate Match?
Unfortunately, Housemate Match is no longer in operation. For security and confidentiality reasons, we do not maintain a list. We recommend that you speak to a community you trust, such as a synagogue/church or sports team. We stress that you be aware, careful and diligent in your search.
Do you have a list of Jewish lawyers, doctors, nannies, etc.?
We do not have specific referrals to Jewish professionals. We recommend that you use the help of friends and family to find referrals.
Do you take insurance?
JF&CS accepts most insurance plans. These include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, United Health Care and more. Please call 770.677.9474 to determine which clinician is within your insurance network and can best address your needs.
